  • Handmade products will have imperfections; this adds to their charm.
  • Samples will vary in color, shape, size and texture from actual order.
  • Mission Tile West has a NO RETURN policy. All sales are final.
  • Installation is acceptance of the product. Please inspect product before your contractor installs it.
  • A 50% deposit is required on all orders. All balances must be paid in full prior to delivery.
  • Freight charges apply for material shipped from the manufacturer to Mission Tile West ONLY.
  • If you need delivery all charges will be added to your order. Weight and distance will determine cost.
  • Some tiles must be ordered in full box quantities only. Your order may need to be adjusted accordingly.
