Revival Classics, inspired by the 1920’s and 30’s brings back the elegance of the Art Deco movement. These classic patterns are used in Victorian, Spanish Revival and Craftsman homes fusing the timeless past with modern sophistication. These designs combine geometric simplicity with vibrant colors and finely crafted moldings. Created at our factory in California, our tiles are made from the highest quality materials. Our artists are continually expanding and developing our patterns to meet the needs of our design conscious clientele. These timeless decorative pieces are perfect as accents or for the entire feature.

Handmade Tile

Revival is a hand glazed tile that is made-to-order. Variation will exist in color and shade which is an inherent characteristic of this product. These tiles may also present crazing in their surface before or after installation. Because many of our glazes are transparent, shading, and glaze pooling will occur on both the field tile and trim.

Customization Capabilities

Each decorative tile, liner, and mural in the Revival line can be fully customized. This means you can use any color in any location in our decorative tiles as long as those colors are in the corresponding color series (e.g. porcelain body color pallet). Crackle glazes require sealing before grouting and periodic maintenance to avoid moisture intrusion.

Matte glazes have a high resistance to abrasion, but may be prone to staining and smudging.

Test all dark grouts prior to installation.

Installation

Tiles must be mixed from all cartons during installation to ensure proper blending. An experienced tile installer will ensure an acceptable installation. Please inspect and approve tile prior to installation. Mission Tile West recommends the use of Custom Building Products MegaLite as a setting material and Dry Treat’s Stain-Proof impregnating sealer for all revival products. Installation of our tiles constitutes acceptance, and no claims will be considered thereafter.

Where can I install Revival Classics?

Our Revival Classics (White Body) series can be installed on interiors walls and showers as well as light duty floors, counters and stair risers. If you have any installation questions call Mission Tile West at 626-799-4595 and ask for the Revival Department.
