3 Things You Need to Know When Choosing Tile for Your Bathroom
You’re ready to start picking out tile for your bathroom! But where to start? With over 30 years of experience bringing bathroom designs to life, we’ve got you covered. Here are the top three things you need to know about picking tile for your bathroom.
First, decide the bathroom style best suitable for your home. For example, our sales consultant Chris from our Santa Monica store went for 1930s Revival style in this bathroom he recently worked on with designer Alison Glenn of LA Dwelling.
Second, pick your decorative tile. Here the designer and homeowners chose our Tunisian Palm and Sunshine liners to pull in some of that classic decorative work you traditionally find in Art Deco bathrooms.
Third, to create an eye-catching space, we recommend using 3-6 tiles per bathroom. In this bathroom, the client chose 4-inch hexagons, 4×4 field tile, 2×6 retro moldings for the wainscot, 2 decorative liners, dark green cove bases, and quarter rounds for a nice clean finished look.
