A COVID-19 Update for Mission Tile West: Learn How We Are Protecting Our Staff and Our Customers

We care deeply about protecting our staff, our customers, and the community. As a result, at Mission Tile West we have constantly been following the best advice of the CDC and other organizations. We are excited to tell you that we have reopened as of May 4th but have taken significant steps to keep everyone safe. Our New Showroom Hours

As mentioned above, we opened our tile showroom on Monday, May 4th. Our showroom hours are now Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are not open on Saturdays or Sundays. These hours allow us to keep a single staff on to lessen the chance of contamination amongst staff members.

We Are Available by Appointment Only

We know that limiting the number of people in our showroom at any given time is an essential part of keeping everyone safe. That is why we are open by appointment only. This gives you the freedom, convenience, and safety of browsing for as long as you need without worrying about who is around you and whether the store is getting busy.

How to Set Up an Appointment

How to Pick Up an Order

If you have an order of tiles to pick up, you can come to the location where they are ready. Please pull up and stay in your car. You can call us and we will come out to attend to you. If you do not have the ability to call or contact us from your vehicle, please call us before you come so that we can be ready for you.

Steps We Are Taking in the Store

The safety of our employees, clients, and the community is and will remain our top priority. That is why all employees will be wearing masks, will be regularly sanitizing surfaces, and will be taking social distancing seriously.
